He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Powell (Frost); his children, Sheila Stoneking (Ray) of Hundred, Tracy Powell (Nancy) of Mannington, Lisa Powell of Mannington and Rachel Toothman (Jesse) of Fairview; his grandchildren, Ashley Bolyard, Lucas Ford, Taylor Jolliffe, Shaffer Powell, Matthew Powell, Mckenna Martin, Ariana Bolyard, Maley Ford, Eliza Ford and Ellie Ford; and his siblings, Regina Hatfield of Clairton, PA, David Powell of Pine Grove and Angie Dulaney of Weirton.
