She was predeceased by: her parents, Olen Heck, Sr. and Maddie Molly Ervin Heck; her husband Ronald Boyd Hayes; and her siblings, Helen Smith Hayes (Cleam), Betty Smith Price (Harley), Cora Lee Heck Reed (Woodrow), Ohlen Heck, Jr. (Mona Jean) and Delorise Heck Sapp (Norman).
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Hayes Carman; and her sister Hilda Heck Earliwine. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 12 great great grandchildren.
