He was predeceased by: his parents, Linze Brown and Gay Brown (Morgan); his brother Linze Ray Brown; his sister-in-law Debbie Carter Brown; and his nephews, Billy Brown and Jamie Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Lee Brown Jr. (Sarah) of Mallory and Rebecca Lee Ann Brown; his brothers, Rodney Brown, Randy Brown, Chuck Brown and Kenny Morgan; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara, Lewis Napier, Tilson, Misty Peck, Brenda Wilburn, John and Peggy Peck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
