She was predeceased by: her mother Phyllis "Shorty" Goodman Maynard; her grandparents, Robert Ray, Juanita Vernatter Goodman, Ozie and Ruby Justice Hoosier; her aunts, Helen "Sparky" Vernatter Dillon and Betty Sorrell; and her uncle Earnest Vernatter.
She is survived by: her father Butch Maynard of Indianapolis, IN; her sister MeShele "Mickie" Thrower of Rogers, AR; her nephew Adan Garza of Denver, CO; her cousins, Diana Caserta of Ridgeview, Sarah McCallister of Griffithsville, Mark Dillon of Amherstdale, Lynn Vanover of Amherstdale and Sheila Sorrell of Kistler; and her close friend Michelle Stapelton of Man. She is also survived by other relatives, church family and friends.
