She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Blankenship and Callie Blankenship (McCormick); her husband Elester Hurley; and her siblings, Dennis, Emmett "Chick", Leo Blankenship, Thelma Muncy, Freda Maynard and Betty Crabtree.
She is survived by: her children, Glen Hurley (Gail) of Scott Depot, Terri Burgess (Gilman) of Man and Phyllis Sides of Mint Hill, NC; her grandchildren, Jeff Hurley of Teays Valley, Lauren Stafford (Josh) of Man, Erin Vagheei (Cavon) of St. Albans, Christopher Sides of Carrboro, NC and Michael Sides of Mint Hill, NC; and her great grandchildren, Alexandra Hurley, Layla Stafford, Porter Stafford and Vagheei. She is also survived by nieces and nephews along with special friends.
