He is survived by: his stepmother Carolyn Compton Plumley of Greenvalley; his wife Jennie Compton (Osborne); his children, Kevin Compton of Greenvalley and Rebecca Robinette (Kody) of Chapmanville; his grandchildren, Trinity, Kameron Compton of Man, Adelynn, Conner Robinette of Chapmanville, Waylon and Hank Compton of Angier, NC; his stepsister Christiane Wingler (Freddie) of Greenvalley; his parents-in-law, James and Vickie Osborne of Lorado; his brothers-in-law, James Osborne (Angie) of Willow Springs, NC and Jason Osborne (Violet) of Robinette; and his sons, Tommy Compton, Zac Harvey, Adam Perry, Kody Robinette and Josh Pierson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
