He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard, Sr. Cochran and Garnett Walls Cochran; his siblings, Ruth Adams, Phyllis Elgin, Edith Waddell, Lon Cochran and Donald Ray Cochran; and his stepgranddaughter Kelsie Vann.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Cochran of Pineville, Jack Cochran (Liane) of Sanford, NC, Don Cochran and Geniese of Myrtle Beach, SC; his grandchildren, Austin Cochran of Pineville and Chance Cochran of Sanford, NC; his brothers, Millard Cochran, Jr. (David Cochran) of Hunt and Ladeane Maynor of Davin; and also Kennith. He is also survived by 10 step-grandchildren, and eight step-great-grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
