She is survived by: her child Charlie Adkins Jr.; her granddaughters, Brittany Dean (Ricky) of Kistler and Courtney Ratliff (Bryan) of Accoville; her great grandchildren, Maddox, Maylee, Jude and Hannah; and her siblings, Gary Adkins (Kimberly) of Simpsonville, SC, Charles Adkins (Becky) of Whitman and Elizabeth "Pearl" Czerepak (Andrew) of East Hampton, NY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
