It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fredrick Lan Belcher of Man, West Virginia, born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Belcher and Dorothy Ethel Belcher (Crosby); and his brothers, Gary Belcher and Billy Joe Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Florence Belcher (Vance); his son Fredrick Matthew "Matt" Belcher (McKinzey Belcher) of Man; and his brother Jeff Belcher.
