He was predeceased by: his parents, Virlie Clay and Herbert "Bill" Clay; his wife Edith Lynn Clay; and his sister Janie Grimmett. He is survived by: his sons, Billy Clay II (Lynn) of Man and Terry Clay (Christy Daniels); his grandchildren, Natasha Copley (Nathan Williams), Davin, Caleb Gilco of Gilman and Alexis Daniels of Boone County; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Copley and Grayson Gilco. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
