She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Ellis and Mary Ledna Ellis (Thomas); her husband Blaine Copley, Sr.; her son Blaine "Bub" Copley II; her siblings, Nancy Frye, Donna Bartram, Roger Lee Ellis and Otis Ellis, Jr.; and her nephews, Roger Ellis and Clydie Bartram.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Summer; her niece Donna "Tiny" Bartram; her daughter Lisa Belcher of Crown; her granddaughters, Beck Osborne (Kenny) of Lorado and Shanna Copley of Crown; her great grandchildren, Coalton, Laci Osbourne, Tye Ransom Belcher and Daxton Benjamin Evans; and her siblings, Anna Mae Sprouse (Allen) of Accoville, Leon Ellis of Madison and Eddie Ellis (Summer) of Riley Camp. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
