He was predeceased by: his daughter Crystal Hager; his siblings, Ricky, Nicky, Barry Hager, Tina Young and Barbara Estep; and his parents, Fleetwood Hager and Iris Halstead Hager.
He is survived by: his significant other Icie Hager; his children, David Merrill (Nikki) of Cedar Grove, Howard Hager (Marsha) of Charleston and Amanda Briles (Brian) of Shrewsbury; his siblings, Jimmy Hager (Terri), Kimmey Hager (Cheryl), Jennifer Harper (Larry) of Nellis and Angie Wilkins of Nellis; and his pet Trixie. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
