He is survived by: his sons, Jacob Collins, Austin Collins, Hunter Collins, Brody Collins and Ryder Collins; his mother Judy Albright Collins of Mallory; and his brothers, Gary Collins (Samantha) of Kistler, Jason Collins (Holli) of Alabama, Victor Ball of Mallory and Frank (Celia Adkins).
