He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Robert and Barbara Jean Lively (Plymale); and his daughter Ashley Nicole Lively. He is survived by: his close friend Dreama Kovach; his children, Katelyn Lively (Michael Perry) of Davin, Gregory Steven Kovach of Mallory and Amber Kaye Kovach of Mallory; his grandchildren, Kaylee Julious of Davin, Derek Julious of Davin and Joshua Lively of Davin; and his siblings, Bobby Lively (Kimberly) of Matheny, Arnold Ray Lively of Sidney and Melissa Sue Lively Nau of Sidney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins along with a host of other relatives and friends.
