She is survived by: her husband Paul Phillips of Mallory; her daughters, Matilda Lusk (Jamie) of Cyclone, Jennifer Cline (Joey) of Man and Veronica Phillips of Mallory; her grandchildren, Megan, Bronson Lusk of Cyclone and Jaylee Jo Cline of Man; and her brothers, Randall Toler of Cyclone, Darrell Toler (Debbie) of Cyclone, Clyde Toler (Nellie) of Cyclone, Ronald Toler of Cyclone and Martin Toler of Cyclone. She is also survived by loving mother to her three daughters.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Toler Baptist Church (118 Paynter Branch Road Campus, West, Virginia 24827). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
