She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Michael Slavensky; her brothers-in-law, Roy Slavensky (Donna J.), Frank Slavensky and Larry Eavenson; and her nephews, Chris Eavenson and Frank Slavensky, Jr..
She is survived by: her parents, Charles F. Parker and Georgia Williams Parker; her children, David Slavensky (Sheryl) and Kimberly Slavensky (Dylan Oliveto); her siblings, Rose Mary Eavenson and Curt Parker (Julie); her grandchildren, Jessica Slavensky (Chris Shriver), Holly Slavensky (Justin Saunders), Kylin Oliveto, Sean Thomas (Tiffany), Jenna Ratke, Mason Ratke and Alec Ratke; her great grandchildren, Peyton, Brooklyn, Christian, Haylee and Adrianna; and her sister-in-law Donna M. Slavensky. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
