She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Keirns and Opal Louise Keirns (Hart). She is survived by: her son William Webster Keirns (Janet); her granddaughter Paige Keirns; her sister Sheila Porreca; and her niece Dimea Platt.
Bobbie's son, William would like any donations to be given to WVU Hospital in the form of a warm blanket.
