He is survived by: his wife Connie Cooper; his children, Justin Cooper (Shanda) of Madison Creek, Theodore Cooper (Brittany) of Buffalo Creek, One and Heather Cooper (Loran Skeens) of Fort Gay, WV; his grandchildren, Justin Dale, Sawyer and Joesph of Madison Creek; his siblings, Denise Perry (Danny) of Chapmanville, Florence Webb of Leesburg, GA, Naomi McCoy of St. Albans, Gracie Laws of Madison Creek and John Cooper (Juanita) of Madison Creek; and his sister-in-law Rebecca Cooper of Rich Creek. He is also survived by his friends and family.
