Bower, III (Tracy) of Kenova, WV, Connie Lynn Hissom of Sevierville, TN and Allison Jane Bower of Sevierville, TN; his stepsons, Jason Martin (Nikki) of Coal City, WV and Jeff Martin (Season) of Morgantown, WV.; his siblings, Donald Bower of Scott Depot, WV, Ronald Bower of Hudsonville, MI, David Campbell of Columbia, SC and Renee Campbell Storms of Morresville, NC; and his great grandchild Amilliana Mena. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
