He is survived by: his children, Freddie Starkey (Patricia), Larry Starkey (Loretta) and Phyllis Riffe (James); his grandchildren, Crissey Ryan, Julie Smith, LeaAnn Vanhoose, Brian Starkey, Mickey Starkey, Lori Tomes, Ricky Starkey and Jon Starkey; and his son Joe Woodzell.
