He is survived by: his wife Ruth Marie Drake; his children, Allen Mullins of Madison, WV, Jennifer Tyann Kinard (Darryl) of Bowie, MD and Amanda Greene (Patric) of Bowie, MD; his grandchildren, Savanah and Brielle; and his siblings, Lawrence (Marlowe), Jimmy (Sharon), Donnie, Nancy, Margret, Gwen and Donna.
