She was predeceased by: her mother Bonnie Tackett; her grandparents, Elisha, Verna Tackett and Lilly Tomblin; and her niece Markie Holstein.
She is survived by: her father Terry Tackett; her fiancé Michael A. Fankhauser; her sons, Nollan and Houston; her siblings, Reti Holstein (Mark) and Larry Tackett (Kim); her niece Nikki Holstein; her nephew Chris Tackett; and her great-niece Hailee Holstein.
