She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Mullins and Lena Mullins (Price); her son Richard Allen Clark; and her siblings, Tom Ed Mullins and Katherine "Kitty" Tierno.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Epling (Debbie) of Madison, WV and Jeff Epling (Betty) of Austin, Texas; her sister JoAnn Harmon of Madison, WV; and her grandchildren, Ashley Epling, Daina Epling and Brett Clark.
