He was predeceased by: his parent Max Hager; his daughter Savannah Hager; and his brother Joey Hager. He is survived by: his parent Patricia Hager of Six Mile; his pet Trixie; his children, Hayley Hager of Madison, WV and Timothy Hager (Dylan) of Big Ugly; and his siblings, Tammera Hager (David) of Six Mile, Tim Hager (Betsy) of Six Mile and David Hager (Nancy) of Low Gap.
