He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald F. Waters, Sr. (Jerry) and Mary Catherine Waters of Madison, WV.. He is survived by: his daughter Sophia Waters; his brother Jerry Waters; and his aunt Ellouise Connolly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hubbard Hospice House located at 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston, WV 25311.
