He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Atkins and Mosie "Buster" Atkins; and his mother-in-law Donna Patchell. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Shannon Milroy, Jessica Fielding (Steve), Kyle Atkins (Samantha) and Megan Warner (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Raelyn, Landry Milroy, Emma Fielding, Rhi, Nevaeh, Alexis and Buster Atkins; his brothers, Joe (Phyllis) and Ed (LouAnn); his brother-in-law James Patchell (Pam); his nieces, Marci Atkins and Jillian Ezelle; and his nephew Robert Patchell.
