He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde McCoy and Martha Elizabeth McCoy (Gillispie); his siblings, Dewey McCoy, Alvin McCoy, Richard McCoy, Danny Ray McCoy, Virginia Sue McNeely and Carol Rose Burton; and his siblings-in-law, Diana McCoy, Jeannie McCoy, William Jennings Spears and William Earnest Shawver.
He is survived by: his siblings, David McCoy of Holden, Paul McCoy (Linda) of Holden, Mary Elizabeth Workman of Madison Creek and Alice Marie Shawver of Whitman; his sister-in-law Brenda McCoy of Madison Creek; and his close friends, Dr. Lyvia Cabauatan and Debbie Barber. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
