It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jane Kerr-Underwood of Madison, West Virginia, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathleen Miller and James Miller (Eddie); her former husband Mark C. Kerr Jr.; her brothers, Douglas and Steven; her stepdaughter Rebecca Kerr; and her grandson Michael Kerr.
She is survived by: her husband Eddie Underwood; her daughters, Mary Kathleen Foster, Christine Kerr and Elizabeth Kerr; her grandchildren, Serenity, Savana and Sebastian Kerr; her sister-in-law Linda Miller; her cousin Darlene Marchion; and her stepchildren, Mark Kerr (Debbie), Joe Kerr (Jan), Shelia Veikune (Tave), Claudia Green (Ed), James Kerr (Gail) and Patti Barkoukis (Chris).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Liberty Freewill Baptist Church, and the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org/eastohio.
