He was predeceased by: his wife Roberta; his parents, Gilbert Justice and Macel Justice; and his siblings, Ernie, Boyd, Londis, Margie, Mabel and Vadie.

He is survived by: his children, Lora Cochran (Greg), Okey Justice, Jr., Nichole Workman and Wendy Boggess; and his siblings, Kessell Justice (Shirley) and Artina Pauley. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
