Norman Harper Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Harper of Madison, West Virginia, who passed away on October 12, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Cooper and Lorraine Pettry Harper; and his brother Larry Cooper Harper. He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Hunt Harper; his daughter Melanie Lea Harper-Allen; his son-in-law Jason Allen; his granddaughter Madison Lee Harper Allen; and his uncle Ray Pettry of Virginia.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CDC guidelines will be observed, with mask and social distancing encouraged.
