She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Price and Pinkie Price; her husband Joseph Clarence Woodruff; and her sister Francis Pettry. She is survived by: her children, Erma Williams (Buddy) of Ohio, Brenda Foster (Charles) of Cross Lanes, Roger Woodruff of Parkersburg and Randy Woodruff (Teresa) of Madison. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
