Burgess of Madison, West Virginia, born in Bim, West Virginia, who passed away on March 2, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Wilcoxen and Nellie Wilcoxen; and her brother Joe Wilcoxen. She is survived by: her children, Chet Burgess (Tammy), Renee Farmer (Bob) and Jim Burgess (Holly); and her grandchildren, Katie Simmons (Dave), Vincent Burgess, Wyatt Burgess, Zack Farmer and Katelyn Farmer. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; and a host of cousins.
