She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Allen Puckett, Penny Sue Puckett and Paul "Ducky" Sandidge Puckett, Jr.; her brother Shelby "Cubby" White; her husband Paul Puckett of Madison, WV; her children, Judy Kay Perry Puckett, Stacy Wayne Puckett (Lori) and Mildred Josette Gibson; her husband Carl "Tiny"; her siblings, Charlotte Richmond, Diana Sosebee (Sue), Walter White (Erin), Shirley West, Bonnie Newsome and Charlie Melvin White; her grandchildren, Tabatha, Tracy, Kenna, Jordan, Josh, Jake, Brandon, Derrick, Andrew, Megan, Savannah, Autumn and Jarod; her daughter Remi Kay White; and also Paul Steven Puckett.
