He is survived by: his parents, Mary Jane Smith Hawk of Charleston, WV and William Wesley Hawk; his sister Ladonna Giltin (Leslie); his grandmother Diane Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Emma, Adella Gilton, James and Weston Hawk. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
