With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Lewis Roush of Madison, West Virginia, who passed away on October 8, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Lewis and Mittie Bailes Lewis; and her daughter Rebecca Farley. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Scalise and Robert Roush III; her son-in-law John Scalise; her grandchildren, Rod Farley (Sheila), Chris Farley (Beth), John Scalise (Kristy), Nick Farley (Brooke) and Talia Phaneuf (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Tristan, Delaney, Addison (Lance), Emsley, Cameron, Aiden, Domenic and Katherine.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Blue Ridge Hospice in Winchester VA.
