He was predeceased by: his parents, Quincy Webb and Fairy Webb (Jarrell). He is survived by: his wife Paula; his stepchildren, Dale Holstein of Charleston, WV and Rachel Smith (Ricky) of Danville, WV; his sister Betty Jo Dickson of Madison, WV; his grandsons, Tyson James Smith, Henry Owen Smith and Waylon Scott Smith; his mother-in-law Joyce Ann Herald; his nephew Jamie Robertson (Tammy); his niece Inga Havey (David); his great-nephews, Justin Havey (Audrey), Travis Havey (Aleksus), Joshua Havey (Raeanne), Braden Robertson and Peyton Robertson; his great-niece Kristen Jones; his close friends, Bobby Dickson, Keith Casto and Woody Dolin; and also, Leo and Maylie. He is also survived by extended family members and lifelong friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Southern Wv Community & Technical College (3505 Daniel Boone Pkwy, Foster, WV 25081).
