She was predeceased by: her parents, James Phillips and Ema Phillips of Morgantown, WV; her husband Daniel; her siblings, George, Robert (Margie) of Clarksburg and Betty (Blair Messenger) of Morgantown; and her grandson Jason Felton of Salt Lake.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Felton and Bruce Felton (Deborah) of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Jacob, Sarah, Caleb, Isaac and Luke; her great grandchild Neva Dawn Mearns; and also Jean.
