He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Buddy" Elkins and Helen Elkins of Uneeda. He is survived by: his significant other Jo Weiland Elkins; his children, Robert Elkins of Hollywood Florida, Christopher Elkins (Angela) of Madison, Tracy Brown (Timothy) of Uneeda and Julianne Smith (Joseph) of Uneeda; his great grandchildren, Taylor Booth (Chase), Sydney Brown (Preston Adams), Jayden Elkins, Chloe Brown, Mason Brown, Brody Elkins, Eli Smith and Amelia Smith; and also Owen.
