He was predeceased by: his mother Alma Ball; his stepfather Albert Ball; and his brothers, Richard Ball and George Ball. He is survived by: his wife Louella Lowe of Chesapeake; his son Larry Lowe (Judy) of Chesapeake; his grandsons, Rick Lowe of Chesapeake and Kevin Lowe of Fosterville; and his brothers, Jimmie Ball of Reedy, Charley Ball of Chesapeake, Frank Ball and Elbie Ball. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
