He is survived by: his mother Linda Allen Foster of Hinton; his wife Rebecca Maynor Foster; his stepchildren, Joseph Maynor of Charleston, Cynthia Flannery of Beckley, Candice Blankenship (Jeremy) of Surveyor and Joshua Cottle (Melanie) of Raleigh, NC.; his siblings, Barney Foster (Valerie) of Maryland and Christie Franklin of Maryland; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob, Seth, Paige, Madison, Abbie, Jo Jo and Amiya; and his mother-in-law Virginia Ann Maynor Worrell of Crab Orchard.
