He is survived by: his parents, Mahlon "Gus" Augustus Sweeney and Donna Jean Stover; his siblings, Paul Jones (Alice), Brenda Hawks, Freda Jones (Bill) and Lovena Stump (Sunshine Jones); and his close friends, James Meadows and Scott Duncan.
