He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery Dean Blackburn and Judy Ann Alley (Jackie Dale Alley); and his siblings, Bobbie Jo Blackburn, Tracy Renae Alley and Chad William Blackburn.

He is survived by: his sisters, Karrie Blackburn and Amy Blackburn; his wife Heather Blackburn; and his children, Jaxon, Ava, Trey and Kyrsten.
