He was predeceased by: his parents, Oley Meador and Florence Meador; his daughter Judith Ann Richards; his siblings, Edward Meadows, Raymond Meadows, Glenna Mitchem, Clarice Campbell and Norma McCallister; and his close friend Shirley Minshew.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Fairchild (Jack) of Beckley and Doug Meador (Crystal) of Shady Spring; his sister Velma Rowe; and his grandchildren, Stacie Wilson (Robert), Heather Richards, Jeremy Fairchild (Amanda), Justin Fairchild (Amy), Ashleigh Butcher (Drew) and Kristen Meador.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed as mandated by the Governor of the State of West Virginia.
