He is survived by: his parents, Phyllis Elmore Putnam of Mount Hope, WV and James Martin of New Richmond, WV.; his children, Chris Harmon (Michele Seidel) of Mount Hope, Michael Vance Elmore (Jessica) of Dunlap, TN, Imala Harrah of Bradley, Tyler Elmore of Mount Hope and Cameron Michael Elmore of Mount Hope; his granddaughter Abigail Elmore; his sister Gabrielle Green; his nieces and nephews, Anslei and Aspyn; his brother Ian Putnam (Taylor) of Charleston; and his close friend Thresa Belcher of MacArthur.
