With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lena Gunther of MacArthur, West Virginia, born in Talcott, West Virginia, who passed away on October 1, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lively and Pearl Lively (Nelson); her son Jerry Gunther; and her siblings, Billy Lively and Norma Foreman.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Harry Gunther; her daughter Sherri Thomas (Gary) of Beckley, WV; her brother David Lively (Gwen) of Cool Ridge, WV; her grandchildren, Lindsey Naumann (Charles) of Morgantown, WV, Jay Thomas (Diana) of Winter Springs, FL, Nikole Alliston of Seattle, WA and Erik Gunther of Harrisonburg, VA; and her great grandchildren, Eli, Isaac, Luke Naumann, Corbin and Colbie Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
