With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David Ray Morton of MacArthur, West Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. David left this world on April 11, 2025 at the age of 66, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Vance Morton; and his brother Willard Morton. He is survived by: his father John Morton of Grandview, WV; his wife Shelia Meadows Morton; his daughter Angela Cooper (John) of Sophia; his siblings, Ricky Morton (Jessica) of Grandview, Johnny Morton (Teresa) of Grandview, Patricia Ratliff of Beaver, Peggy Ratliff of Beaver and Nevaeh Morton of Grandview; and his grandchildren, McKenzie, Cheyenne and Cooper. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beckley Peace Chapel (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801).
