He is survived by: his son Richard Settle of Crab Orchard; his brother Norman Settle (Rita) of Powaten, VA; and his grandchildren, Amy Settle, Jessica Cerise, Ricky Berrella and Nathan Raaka. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
