It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amy May of MacArthur, West Virginia, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie E., Sr. and Margaret Evelyn Holt Monroe; her brother David Monroe; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Monroe, Jane Monroe and Jim Shannon.
She is survived by: her husband Charles R. Marlow; and her siblings, Archie E. Monroe, Jr. of Jacksonville, Camilla Shannon of Greer, SC, Kenneth Monroe of Lyles, TN and Robert E. Monroe (Ella) of Wake Forest, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
