She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Eugene and Nelda Wright Seybert; and her granddaughter Dakota. She is survived by: her daughter Lorna L. Meadows (Stephen); her grandchildren, Stephen Meadows Jr., Britney Meadows and Cheyenne Meadows; her great grandchildren, Riley Meadows, Levi Kirkland, Stephen "Trey" Meadows III, Mason Hommey, Adalyn Meadows, Trenton Hinkle, Olivia Hommey, Emmarie Meadows and Kyndall Meadows; and her friends, Francine and Donny Pack.
