She was predeceased by: her parents, Melzah W. Moore of Cool Ridge, WV and Helen F. Waddell of Cool Ridge; and her husband Edward Eugene Kirkland of Spotsylvania, VA.. She is survived by: her children, Deborah L. Kirkland of Gloucester, VA and Edward R. Kirkland of Cool Ridge, WV; her grandchildren, Katie Bush, Sunny Kavanagh, Will Bush and Levi B. Kirkland of Cool Ridge; and her brothers, Melzah Leo Moore of Odd, WV, Charles Michael Moore of Shady Spring, WV, Tyrus, Asher and Draven Bennett of Cool Ridge. She is also survived by Eight nieces, two nephews, many great-nieces and great-nephews.
